» Terms and Conditions
1. Your order shall always be delivered in a properly sealed package so that it reaches the receiver in perfect conditions. The shipping costs will be charged at the moment the order is made, when applicable.
2. The selling prices are always up-to-date in the website.
3. We recommend that the address of the buyer should be one where someone will be available to receive the order within the usual working hours (9-18h). The inserted contacts in the registry of the client must include a direct contact in case there are any problems with the delivery and so that our transporter may contact you.
» Delivery Time
Immediately after receiving the confirmation of payment, we process your order, and we proceed with its shipping in the following working day, so that you will receive your order in a maximum of 3-4 days.
However, we would like to advise you that this confirmation may take up to 24h after the payment. In case there is a more urgent order and you want to be sure of the estimated delivery date, you may send us the corresponding invoice by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
» Delivery Method
Your order is delivered in a properly sealed package made especially for that by the Transporter. In the outer side of the box contains our company is identified as the sender: Confecções Francisco Oliveira, Lda, as well as the name of the receiver. Inside lays your order.
After completion of your order, you can proceed with the payment through the following methods:

Besides the payment by credit card, we also offer you the option to pay through Bank Transfer to the NIB/IBAN provided by us.
You do not need to send the respective invoice to Directsalesjeans.com. We only ask for you to send it in case you have any urgency regarding the delivery of goods or for faster confirmation of the respective payment.
A delay at the moment of payment has immediate repercussion on the final day for delivery. In case we verify a delay with your payment or with its reception, your order will be shipped on the working day following the reception of its confirmation.
NOTE: To the prices, adds the VAT at the statutory rate in force (where applicable).
SHIPPING AND RETURNS

» Shipping Costs
For deliveries to Inland Portugal and Islands, Directsalesjeans.com will offer the shipping costs. The goods will be delivered by a Transporter chosen by Directsalesjeans.com.
For International deliveries, a cost of 20€ will be charged by each box, as each box contains 18 pieces of clothing.
In case the order is not delivered within the above mentioned time limits, if the address is incorrect, or the receiver is unknown in the mentioned address or if he declines to receive the order, the order will be returned to Directsalesjeans.com. We will contact you immediately. In case the order is in perfect conditions, we will be able to proceed with its reshipping, to a new address, but added with new payment for shipping costs. In case you do not proceed with the new payment for shipping costs, we will not be able reship your order. In case your order is not returned in perfect conditions, we will not refund neither the order nor the shipping costs. After receiving the products, if you notice any defect on any of them, you shall have 10 days to return them. We will not accept any other reason, like wrong size or wrong colour, since those characteristics are chosen by the client, and therefore will not entitle you to a refund.

All the personal data acquired through our website are exclusively for commercial use of our company. They will be used only for contacts regarding any order.
At our online store, you may sign up our mailing list in order to receive the latest news and promotions. You can always cancel your subscription if you don not wish to receive our newsletters anymore by simply sending us an email to email@example.com with the subject “cancel newsletter”. Besides the Newsletter, the client will always be able to access his/her personal data and will also be capable of removing or updating them.
